This Privacy Policy describes how we at GreenThread collect, use, disclose, and protect your information as the world’s GPU utilization solution. We handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), although we refer to global frameworks, including GDPR, for best practice, as you’d want.
This Policy applies to all personal information processed by the GreenThread engine, including any data supplied by customers, end users, or authorised representatives. We collect data that’s reasonably necessary for our business activities. After all, no two AI teams are the same. This may include:
Identification and contact details
Account credentials and authentication data
Organisation, workspace, and team information
Platform usage data, logs, telemetry, and diagnostic information
API request metadata and integration‑related data
AI/ML interaction data, where applicable
Information voluntarily provided through support, onboarding, or correspondence
Where practicable, we collect information directly from individuals. We may also collect information from third‑party systems or integrations that you authorise.
It’s not for fun. We collect, hold, and use personal information for the following purposes as part of our war on idle GPUs:
To verify identity, administer accounts, and manage access
To provide, operate, and maintain our platform and services
To ensure system performance, reliability, and security
To conduct monitoring, diagnostics, and incident response
To develop, test, and improve product features
To provide customer support, training, and service comms
To comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
We don’t use customer data to train public or shared AI models.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following circumstances:
Cloud hosting, infrastructure, and data‑storage providers
Security, monitoring, and incident‑response service providers
Integration partners explicitly enabled by the customer;
Professional advisers (legal, accounting, compliance)
government agencies or regulators, where legally mandated
All third‑party service providers are subject to the confidentiality and privacy obligations we expect for our own data. We don’t sell or rent personal information. That’s not the mission.
Where data crosses borders to meet our service pledges or compliance obligations, we take reasonable steps to ensure the overseas recipient provides privacy protections substantially similar to those required under the APPs.
We implement administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. These include:
Encryption in transit and at rest
Role‑based access controls
Continuous monitoring and logging
Regular security assessments and reviews
>>>Certifications to be added<<<
We only retain data as long as it’s required to fulfil the reasons it was collected, or to meet legal or regulatory requirements, before we take reasonable steps to destroy or de‑identify it.
Individuals may request access to, or correction of, their personal information held by us in line with the APP. ID will be required.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request:
Access to personal information
Correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion of personal information, where appropriate
Restriction of certain processing activities
Export of personal information
